How we can help you?

  • Identify and attract the best candidate through target job adverts or is more often the case work hand in glove with your internal resourcing team or your recruitment agencies to identify candidates
  • We can design your competency framework that will allow you to recruit and assess against competencies important to the role and your business
  • We often design the client's candidate pre Assessment Centre screening process by carryout Telephone interview and on-line psychometric testing so that only the best candidates are invited to your Assessment Centre.
  • We always prefer that the client is involved in the centre and the assessing of candidates and we often provide clients taking part with a half-day Assessor Accreditation workshop
  • We will provide you with a bespoke designed Assessment Centre using an agreed type and number of exercises, which can include:
    • Competency Based Interview (CBI)
    • Group Exercise
    • Individual role play (with or without professionally trained actors 
    • Written exercises to measure technical and behavioural skills
    • Psychometrics testing
    • Interactive Forum Theatre 
  • We design all the materials to brief candidates, assessor and actors. We will provide materials so all evidence is captured in a measured and fair way.
  • We manage the Assessment centre 'wash up' and decision making and will communicate decisions to candidates if you need.

 

We also design and deliver bespoke Development Centres that help you assess the performance and potential of your team using exercises that are designed to measure core skills required to make progression. These can include any of the Leadership modules we deliver under our Leadership development service.
