Crosswater Holdings bring in Taktica to provide leadership development

Taktica have started to work with Dave Hance Group Chairman to develop the business vision and support his senior management team. This coaching based role will see Taktica working with the senior team to build on personal strengths and collaborative thinking supporting their current business growth.

ABAX U.K introduce a structured Selling process





As part of an on-going partnership Taktica were asked to design a new ABAX U.K Structured Selling process to be used by it's internal and external sales teams. The work culminated in a 2 -day workshop where the new process was introduced and embedded into the business. It focuses on matching the needs of the customer to the benefits of the Abax U.K product and communicating it within a reasoned & persuasive conversation

New Client business

Taktica are pleased to announce they have been chosen by ABAX U.K, a business start up, to manage their UK staff Attraction strategy which will include sourcing potential, Full Assessment Centre design and delivery. Taktica will be designing a Telephone interview, running an on-line DIC test before candidates are invited to a centre where they will take part in a bespoke designed Competency Based Interview, Role Play and a Group exercise. Taktica are really excited to be delivering a full service programme to ABAX U.K
