Roger is an experienced people and organisational development coach and consultant. He is skilled at working with large organisations to analyse their capability, identify business and individual needs and put in place interventions that develop capability through behavioural and commercial skills focus enhancement.

 

Roger is experienced in working with major clients that cross a wide spectrum of industries from, travel, financial services and drinks. He has worked on delivery programs with Diageo, BAA, Bank of Maldives, Weetabix and Boots. His ethos is to partner with clients to work collaboratively in order to improve personal skills and organisational output through the development of great people. He has a very hands-on style.

 

Roger has extensive experience in designing tailored programmes that get to the heart of the client’s needs. He is a skilled, facilitator, accredited career and business coach and mentor who is passionate about personal and organisational development. He has invaluable experience in account and client management at an account director level, change management, personal effectiveness, developing a culture of high performance, management leadership and customer service. He has developed and delivered behavioural focused programs showing how functional skills are enhanced by effective behavioural and influencing skills.

 

Roger holds a SDI Level 1 qualification which focuses on understanding your personal strengths in relating to others. SDI helps to increase personal performance,
team productivity and organisational effectiveness.

 

He also has invaluable knowledge of sales, media and marketing particularly. He is
experienced with working directly with clients at a senior level E.g Boots, BAE
Systems, Weetabix, BAA and Bank of Maldives.

Lorraine is an experienced Leadership Development  Consultant, Coach and Trainer with extensive experience working at senior level in a wide range of organisations. She specialises in leadership and management development and provides a broad HR support to her clients as well as designing and implementing leading edge development and training programmes. Lorraine builds strong relationships with people at all levels in client organisations, taking time to really understand their business from a people and commercial perspective.

 

Lorraine has an enthusiastic and motivational approach and an enviable track record of successfully project managing and delivering complex development and change programmes. She has a particular skill in creating relaxed learning environments in which delegates feel safe and comfortable yet which stretch them and help them make a real step change in their performance.

 

Lorraine is an experienced Personnel and Training Professional with more than 20 years senior retail management experience for leading companies including Marks & Spencer plc.

 

Lorraine’s recent work includes a review and complete revision of HR policies and practices for Hamilton and Inches (a luxury jewellery company) and for The Planning inspectorate. She has redesigned and implemented performance management systems in Pfizer, Accenture, Legal & General and Barclays and has developed and delivered training to support business transformation for Barclays Africa, BASF, Legal & General and The Kellogg Company. Her recruitment and selection clients include British Airways, Marks & Spencer, Accenture and BAA. She has extensive experience of delivering training in the Luxury market with clients including Gleneagles, The Dorchester and Louis Vuitton.

 

Lorraine is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She holds Diplomas in both Life and Corporate Coaching and CEPEC Counselling. She is qualified to level A in the use of Psychometric tools, is a NLP practitioner and is licensed to deliver the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI)
